At DigitalTranzition.com, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our services. We are pleased to offer a flexible “Pause and Cancel Anytime” policy across all our plans.

1. Pause and Cancel Anytime Policy
1.1. Service Pause and Cancellation by Client

Pause or Cancel Anytime: Clients have the freedom to pause or cancel their service contracts at any time by providing written notice to Digital Tranzition.
Notice of Cancellation: While clients can cancel anytime, we request a notice of at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date to ensure a smooth transition.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all services will cease on the specified cancellation date. Clients will be billed for all services rendered up to the cancellation date.

1.2. Service Cancellation by Digital Tranzition

Notice of Cancellation: Digital Tranzition reserves the right to cancel service contracts at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client.
Effect of Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by Digital Tranzition, clients will be billed for all services rendered up to the cancellation date and will be refunded for any prepaid services not rendered.


2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Initial Design Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial Design consultations are non-refundable.
Service Fees or Add-Ons: Refunds for service fees or add-ons are available if the client cancels the service contract within the first 36 hours of service commencement (due to digital design product in nature) and if the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or standards otherwise non-refunable.

2.2. Refund Request Process

Submission of Request: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Digital Tranzition within 12 hours of the cancellation date, detailing the reasons for the refund request.
Review and Approval: Digital Tranzition will review the refund request and notify the client of the approval or rejection of the request within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services

Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed projects or delivered services.
Ongoing Services: For ongoing services billed on a monthly basis, no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

3. Changes to Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Tranzition reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
